Spotlighting the next generation artist.
By Zaida Diaz
Vegas’ own Dizzy Wright has garnered a name for himself throughout the years by making 90’s-inspired gems that exude positivity. Last week Dizzy dropped the sequel to his popular 2013 mixtape, The Golden Age. His latest album, though an extension of his earlier work, shows evolution and finds the rapper experimenting with his sound. It contains notable features including Euroz, Big Krit and G. Perico. We handpicked tracks off of The Golden Age 2 and older projects to give you a little taste of what the West Coast emcee has to offer.
Word on the Streetz (The Golden Age 2)

Loophole ft. Nowdaze (The Golden Age 2)
For this soulful track Dizzy reflects on our current political state and enlists Kansas City artist Nowdaze for some heartfelt vocals.
Talk to Me/Don’t Hold Back (The Golden Age 2)
. . . is exactly what Dizzy expects from his girl.
False Reality (The Growing Process, 2015)
The Vegas rapper disrupts notions of success and beauty that are often portrayed/perpetuated by entertainers in the hip-hop world.
Killem Wit Kindness (The Golden Age, 2013)
Dizzy samples Judy Clay and William Bell’s Private Number for a jam aimed at progressive thinkers.
